Summary Renewal of funding for the third season of excavation of the cemetery and church at Bulla Regia, Tunisia. This project is conducted under the aegis of the Tunisian-British Bulla Regia Project which started in 2014 but due to the security situation in Tunisia has had a delayed start date. A pilot season and geophysics survey was conducted in Sept 2016, excavations in Sept 2017- 2018 with a final season of excavation planned for the cemetery in 2019, the project will now run into a study season in 2020.
